19" Rack Mount Kit's
 P1 & P2

The aluminum front panels are designed to hold either one LN2 level controller " P1 " or two controllers " P2 ". They will screw into a standard 19" rack .

Parts :

• 1) 19" x 3.5" Panel
• 3) Angle Brackets
• 3) #4 Sheet Metal Screws
• 3) 4-40 1/4" Bind Head Screws

1. Unscrew the front two feet from the LN2 level controller.

2. Install two of the three angle brackets with the sheet metal screws supplied into the feet holes. The small threaded holes in the brackets should face towards the front of the controller.

3. Unscrew the four cover screws and remove the cover from the controller.

4. Make a drill mark in the center of the cover at 1.25" from the front.

5. Drill a 3/32" hole in the cover at the mark.

6. Install the last angle bracket to the cover, with the small threaded hole facing forward.

7. reinstall the cover to the controller using the original 4 screws.

8. Slide the controller into the cut out on the 19" Panel from the rear. Use the 3 bind head screws to secure the controller to the panel.
